- Farrow site wins Design Taxi Site of the Day
Design Taxi have awarded Farrow Design site of the day just 2 days after launch, which is great news for everyone involved. Some of the comments were really complimentary too although I must admit I was shocked to see one post stating that somebody wanted to “punch the coder of that website in the face” because of my use of a javascript pop-up!I think someone needs a hug…
The link to June’s winners is here, so have a butcher’s (Farrow are on the 20th).
- Farrow Design

What a great project to work on! When you’re in the thick of a job and you preview your work for the 300th time that day, your subject matter usually begins to lose its appeal, but not when its all the beautiful work here. The fact that the content is displayed randomly also means that there’s always a nice visual surprise in store. Can’t take much credit though cos Farrow designed and specifically directed it from the ground up. Oh well…The screenshot above is the artwork for Orbital’s The Altogether. Other instantly recognisable work on the site includes clients such as Cream, Levis, MTV Europe, Kylie Minogue, Manic Street Preachers and of course Pet Shop Boys.

http://www.farrowdesign.com/ - Webber represents

Designed by Farrow, built by Underwaterpistol, this portfolio site for creative management agency Webber represents is a slick offering. The artists’ work looks great against the white space and the effect is all finsihed off with bespoke font and interesting colours. We also built a portfolio and project management system which enables Webber to manage their artists, send bespoke digital portfolios and maintain their website.
Webber are a leading photographic agency with offices in London and New York. They represent artists such as Blinkk, Valerie Phillips, Jeremy Murch, Tim Gutt, Jean-Francois Carly, Morten Laursen, Peter Rad, Warwick Saint and Greg White.
