Despite a passionate customer base and trending products, British jewellery brand ChloBo found their growth stifled by a clunky Magento site.
The platform was costly to maintain, required extensive external agency support, and failed to provide ChloBo with the flexibility needed to craft more engaging online shopping experiences.
The site’s design was also not reflective of the brand’s premium aesthetic, lacking the visual appeal to effectively convey the unique, handcrafted nature of their jewellery. They came to us to help.
We migrated ChloBo to Shopify Plus to create a more user-centric, visually compelling, and easy-to-manage site for the team.
A strategic UX overhaul guided the site’s redesign, with a focus on streamlined navigation and enhanced storytelling to enrich the customer journey. We also refined the site's upselling and bundling options, and integrated an engraving preview tool to personalise the shopping experience.
The switch to Shopify Plus gives ChloBo’s team greater autonomy, making the site easier to manage internally, enhancing operational efficiency, and increasing the pace with which they can update content and implement new features.
Inspired by the beauty of Bali, ChloBo’s iconic stacking bracelets, layering necklaces and charms are proudly handmade in the UK.
